Steve Jones began his career in timber flooring at the age of 17, driven by a determination to master the craft and a vision to build a business founded on integrity and skill. Over the decades, he has developed an exceptional understanding of timber, from the techniques required for delicate restorations to the precision needed for flawless installations. Steve remains directly involved in every project, ensuring his personal standards for quality are met at each stage.
His approach is both practical and client-focused. He takes the time to explain options, outline realistic outcomes, and guide clients toward the best solutions for their needs. Known for his steady leadership and approachable nature, Steve fosters a workplace culture built on respect, teamwork, and continual improvement. His long-standing reputation in the Toowoomba region reflects not only his technical expertise but also his unwavering commitment to delivering results that stand the test of time.
